The quality policy is defined to outline the guidelines for the development of NIK Electronics Ltd. in terms of quality. The management of the organisation is committed to implementing a quality policy based on the following fundamental principles, which are followed in achieving quality objectives:
- establishing the position of NIK Electronics Ltd. as a leading company in the trade of electronic products (controllers, GPS equipment, displays, sensors, antennas, moisture meters), software products and agricultural machinery;
- compliance with contractual requirements with customers, ensuring high quality and in accordance with applicable standards;
- fully satisfying customer needs and requirements and expanding market opportunities and competitiveness;
- high quality in all activities of NIK Electronics Ltd. is a guarantee for prosperity, strategic strength, profitability and growth;
- the company relies on customer feedback as an important criterion for the quality of the products and services it offers.
The management of NIK Electronics Ltd. assumes responsibility for compliance with the principles laid down in the quality policy, as well as for its updating and improvement when necessary. This policy is mandatorily reviewed for adequacy during QMS reviews by management.
